Night and Day Dance is a husband-and-wife duo that teaches and performs in Vancouver BC.

Our specialty is a style of partner dance that can be adapted to any type of venue, occasion, or music. We also teach blues, swing, salsa and merengue, tango basics, and dancing for weddings.

Dance Lessons Our Way

We teach the basics: leading and following, footwork, using the music, and moving through space. Partner dancing this way surpasses steps and becomes very open-ended. It means you won't spend all your time memorizing patterns. Instead, you will spend your time dancing, discovering new possibilities, and improving your sense of coordination and comfort on the dance floor.

Our Dance Studio

We offer a cozy, private setting, one in which students feel safe trying new things. Our space has laminate flooring and full-height mirrors, and we can adjust the heat to your liking.

Our studio is also inhabited by our orange and white cat Marmalade. He enjoys watching our students learn to dance. For the rare cat-allergic student, he doesn't mind waiting outside until the lesson is over.
